Great tool!

Turbo Tax was a great tool and allowed me to complete my tax return without seeking a professional to do it.
What's great about it: Walked me through each step to get best return possible
What's not so great: Takes too long to go thriugh all the step-by-step process
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to understand

In general, everything was good and faily easy. A few things were problematic for me, It was hard finding the place to make a correction that the "easy" deduction process couldn't find for me. I finally found it on a worksheet (I had entered 100 times to much due to a missing decimal; yiur software did not flag it as an error). Anonther issue is that the efile confirmation told me nothing about whether information had been sent to your credit card processor. Finally, I had two choice for California state payment - debit card or check. I had to choose check, but I'm going to pay through Official Payments.

Just Did It!!!!

For a person like me who use to sit with a calculator and scratch pad to figure my taxes. Turbo tax was like the good witch from the wizard of oz. Once you sit down and get started you find how easy it is to get it done. I just did it. Thanks, Turbo tax

Easy as always

I have 4 kids now with small part time jobs and was unsure how to handle, please add that to the future Q&A portion and easy guide to let ME feel sure I did all the right things
What's great about it: very user friendly - guided me with confidence
What's not so great: help with dependant children earning was difficult

Easy but Expensive

The price seems to have gone up on Turbo Tax. It is getting expensive to use, but it does have it's advantages. It really does make it easy to file your taxes.
What's great about it: Asks the right questions so you don't forget anything
What's not so great: A little bit expensive

I like TurboTax because it walks me through each of the detailed step to review each and every income, credit, and deduction. I don't have the time to be that thorough and keep up on all the changes. Thank You TurboTax you make the filing an easier and more pleasant exercise.
