Sure beat paying a CPA

I've use TurboTax since at least 1998. It keeps getting better and is accurate and easy to use. Electronic filing is a great advantage too. I'd like to see a estimator for next year where I could update the entries on each form of my current filing.
What's great about it: It handles my complex return with Forms A, B, C, D, and E
What's not so great: I wish it use an organizer approch showing each form with last year's numbers.

Easy to Use

The program is easy to use, but if you're computer savvy sometimes there are too many click-throughs required.
What's great about it: So simple
What's not so great: Sometimes too much help

Quick and Easy

Overall I think this is an excellent product. Leads you through in an efficient and easy manner. Sometimes if you put something in wrong it can be hard to get back into some of the sub-worksheets and remove data and/or change it. But overall I'm happy with it. Been using it for 15 years. Really happy they added the "Nickname" feature this year. Hated it last year that it was calling my new husband by my ex's name. Been filing taxes on my own for 5 years and to my shock and dismay it still have the ex's name buried somewhere in the memory of the files. But this year you can put in a nickname and now I have the new hubs name. yeah!!!
What's great about it: Easy to complete.
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to go back and remove or change items.

2012 taxes

Been using for several years now. Turbo Tax has always provided me with up to date information and documentation of my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy of use and coverage of topics with help features
What's not so great: Have to pay for extra services

Love turbo tax

I have to enter an Identity pin and how to do that is not listed in help. I had to google the question to find the answer. It would be nice if Turbo asked you if you have one to enter.
Other than that Turbo tax is great.
What's great about it: The step thru questions
What's not so great: Help doesn't always lead to the answer

Well first year having to deal with retirement. So some of the questions after what gave extra deductions or not became a little confusing.
What's great about it: Enter information is fast
What's not so great: some confusion at points like deduction from retirement pension.

This software is awesome. As long as you input the right info into the right box you simply can't mess up.
What's great about it: It is fool proof.
What's not so great: You have to be able to read and understand English.
