Done so quickly!

Used it starting at about 5 pm on April 14th and was done in just over 30 minutes. Return filed free, easy money in my pocket! Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: Imported almost everything and hand adding was a breeze

Simple ane effective for the last 10 Years

Unlike accountants I have used. Turbo Tax is easy, doesn't need to charge me extra to learn tax code, or need to have the Feds send me money because they didn't really learn tax code.
Turbo Tax makes the pain in the butt that is filing taxes far less painful.
What's great about it: Everything is rememberd from old filings

Decent Tax Software

It is what it is, a step-by-step guide for your taxes. However, many features are locked behind paywalls that require you to upgrade versions that are simple additional calculations. There should be fewer versions of turbotax.
What's great about it: Simple to use, no flaws on the software side
What's not so great: Missing features even on the "Deluxe" version, too much nickle and diming
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

liked it overall, just wish ,as stated above, that some of the prompts were a little more clear in their detail

What's not so great: some prompts were not completely clear and had to ask questions in a CHAT

Turbo Tax Deluxe 2012

This is my 5th year using Turbo Tax Deluxe. Turbo Tax is very easy to use, just collect your information before hand and let it take you through the questions. You do not have to be an accountant or tax preparer to use the software. Just be aware of your own situations, the questions will guide you through all possible scenerios.
What's great about it: Ease of use, entering information, flipping between quiestions and forms, online help answered all of my questions
What's not so great: None, i use Turbo Tax every tax season
