I have been using turbotax for 15 years. tried tax cut once but went back to turbotax. easy to navigate. like that last years numbers are there for comparison.
What's great about it: done and check out ok
What's not so great: to many items that don't apply to me and not sure what they mean.

Good product, missed some questions when made dependent change, but took me back during error review.
What's great about it: Easy To Use
What's not so great: Skipped Questions during first run.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I appreciate the fact that I was able to enter my information as I recieved it and did not have to follow a rigid regime. I also appreciate the structure and explanations provided - they are thorough without being simplistic.

Turbo Tax Made It Easy

Overall TurboTax has been sufficient for me to file my taxes easily. This year we refinanced our home, so there were several 1098 forms. It was a little confusing, but Turbo Tax handled it from what I can tell.
For a lower middle class income with few complications, this program was just what I need. We'll have to see if my life becomes more complex if TT will still work!
What's great about it: The tax interview process of questions that lead you through is so helpful.
What's not so great: Sometimes finding a particular thing to rechack is a little confusing

Turbo Tax made filing our taxes much easier this year. Last year we left Turbo Tax to use a cheaper software. Not this year! We are customers for life! Thank you Turbo Tax!

Older I get, the easier "it" gets

1993, first year I used turbo tax. That year, I got married, sold stocks, completed a rental property like kind exchange, was a student, moved. . .a busy year and the software was a challenge. Nearly 20 years later software makes waiting until the bitter end to file, much more manageable. Thanks!
What's great about it: Handles just like my Navi, if I make a wrong turn, gets me back in right direction
What's not so great: Hmmm. . .waited until the bitter end to file.
