Super Easy!

So user friendly, allowed me to go back and review. doing taxes can be scary but TurboTax took the fear out of it. I will be using this program again and again.
What's great about it: Explanation of each aspect so I did not feel overwhelmed.
What's not so great: Not too much I did not like.

I can't see myself using any other tax prep package. Turbo Tax covers all my needs. It's easy...takes less time to complete and I definitely like the ability to transfer information from the previous year. Keeps my record keeping spot on.
What's great about it: Have used Turbo Tax for years. Makes the process smooth and worry free.
What's not so great: None. It's a breeze!

Better Year to year comparison needed.

I realize that there are many changes in tax law every year. If it affects me and the bottom line refund, then it would be nice to have that information spelled out. For example, if you made less money, paid more in taxes, gave more to charity, paid more for child care and paid more in real estate taxes then there is an expectation that you will get a better return, but when it is much less it leaves you scratching your head and wondering if the tax software is incorrect.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: When year to year is not that much different it would be nice to know why the refund is drastically different

Would not use any other method. used for 5 years and it takes abput 2 hours to do it all.
What's great about it: Very simple and easy to follow
What's not so great: Some explanations are a little vague and/or confusing

This is my 4th year using Turbotax and I have to say, it's so easy and yet very accurate that it puts your mind at ease.I am no tax expert but It sure looks like I am one when I file every year and my friends are switching in mass to try it and save some cash in the process. I am looking forward to 2013 tax filling already..thanks to Turbo tax and its turbo charged software!!

2012 Turbo Tax Experience

Since when did I start having to pay extra to e-file my state tax return? I thought that was included in the increasingly expensive Turbo Tax Deluxe that I've bought for the last 10 years? If it says it includes state tax, then it should include ALL that's necessary to file state tax!
Tighter integration between Federal and State modules.
NEVER make me reenter information that has already been recorded. The same bank information entered for the Federal form was not carried forward to the State return?!
