It might be cool for you to offer a version of TurboTax with optional audio guidance.
What's great about it: Everything is as simple as possible; pulling 1099s from my bank was the best along with valuation of donated items

We have used TurboTax every year (except one) since 1979; still regret not using it that one time. Turbo Tax has never failed to provide the information, forms, and instructiuns we've needed to file. It is an excellent product
What's great about it: Accurate, easty to use, use & compare data from last year
What's not so great: Cost to use more than one State; filing fees for State
Pros: I bought or sold investments

have been using it for several years, and have been able to keep importing previous year information and save a lot of efforts.
What's great about it: ability to import previous year. Easy to navigate. Details available when needed

Disappointing

The Turbo Tax community did not provide answers to questions submitted and there is an additional charge for accounting assistance. Ended up spending time on phone with IRS to clarify my questions submitted to Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Transferred previous years info.
What's not so great: More difficult to use than past years versions

Not as smooth this year

The cons kept me from filing as early as I planned to do. Couldn't find answers that worked or a good phone number. Eventually shutdown and restarted several times.
What's great about it: easy when it worked; good source to save $
What's not so great: couldn't save. couldn't add non taxable div until end
