I just like turbo tax.

I just like it. I don't have to make an appointment to go somewhere to get it done. I did it this year at 5 am and finished it on sunday in the afternoon. Its great to do it on my time.
What's great about it: Its easy and its cheaper than going to some one to do it for you.

The TurboTax program is extremely easy to use. it is very user friendly allowing you to save and continue your return at your convenience.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love that TT is quick and easy to use. Come back to it year after year. Overpaid my taxes slightly this year since there was not a way to link 1099-MISC to hobby income in such a way that I could deduct the associated expenses. A quick internet search revealed that TT customers have been encountering this issue for several years. Hopefully it will be resolved next year.
What's great about it: Love that TurboTax is as easy as ever even for a disorganized last minute filer.
What's not so great: Bummed that there is not a way in TT to link 1099-MISC to hobby income so that hobby expenses can be deducted.

Makes it a lot easier to file business taxes

Overall, filing taxes with TurboTax Business for our LLC along with finishing up with TurboTax Deluxe has been a good combination for us. The only small nitpick I have this year was that I put in a test amount for contributing to an SEP-IRA to see how that would affect our deductions. When I went to remove it, it was kind of hard to locate the place to zero out the numbers. Once I did, it worked out okay. Either way, this is WAY easier than trying to do it on paper.
What's great about it: The interview process makes it easier to find everything I need to do.

I have been using TurboTax since 2006 for preparing all of my family members returns. Our returns have included Stock Sales, complicated employee business expenses, non-routine home refinance, etc. TurboTax has always been there to guide us through completeing our tax returns without spending thousands on a CPA.
We are loyal TurboTax customers for life!
What's great about it: Pick & Choose items to Edit, walked me through stock sales
