Waiting for update

The program would not update to the latest version even though I tried repeatedly. Apparently, there was a bug or the server was inadequate for the traffic to the site in the period before tax time. As a result I could not file electronically, and may have been provided with incorrect information. This problem negated the value of the program.

I flied Federal with Four State Taxes.
It should give me discount on buying so many extra state taxes filing.

So Easy even my dog could file

I couldn't ask for a simpler program to file my taxes with. Year after year we get the a great professional tax program that makes filing a piece of cake.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions allows for simple filing
What's not so great: No Cons

I thoroughly enjoyed my turbo tax experience this year and flew through it without any issues
What's great about it: Very easy and covered more options than I thought I had
What's not so great: Version I got would only work on my laptop

Easy to add all the right information. I would like to see more of the quick "what if" scenarios. show me a quick screen of what would change if something on my return changes - especially if its something directly off the bottom line.
What's great about it: Asked all the right questions - takes care of the guesswork

Eased the navigation through a difficult course

Turbotax has helped me find deductions that I did not know existed. I have used it for the last 5 years and it has been great. I have used the other major software previously and Turbotax is much better. It is also significantly cheaper than my old CPA.
What's great about it: Guided the way, asked a pertinent questions to find deductions.
What's not so great: Answers to your questions ARE there, sometimes you just have to ask very specifically.
