It's a good product but some of the prompts are not clear as to what you are asking for.
Also, it should not cost extra to file the state electronically.
What's great about it: Provides a lot of information

Always my only choice

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 6 yrs now. Tried others but always ended up buying Turbo Tax because of the security I felt. My only issue is the long updates I need to perform every time I open it.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: updates are long

I have been a user of Turbo Tax since 1996 and have always found it easy to use, simple to copmplete, and seems to be complete every year.

No better way to file taxes.

TurboTax is holds your hand through the enire filing process and imports information from last years filing to make completing a return even easier. I like how TurboTax allows the user to constantly review data entered to ensure accuracy.
What's great about it: Ease of use and return review is great.
What's not so great: No complaints.
