I love the step by step process, and the the fill in the blank style. My only problem is I got a 1099 MISC from a self publising venture and Turbo tax software did not know what to do with the $30 I got in revenue. But the online community offerd an easy solution.

I've used turbo tax in previous years and am happy with the product. Each year turbo tax becomes easier to use and quick to finalize my return
What's great about it: simple to follow prompts and easy to understand instructions

I've been using turbo tax for eight years now and love it, but this year because turbo tax changed there dependant relationship portion and took off "GRANDCHILD" I was
autided by the IRS according to the representative i talk to at the IRS. That drew up a red flag because my grandkids have a different last name!!!!! THANKS TURBO TAX!!!!!! Now i have to wait eight weeks for my money and i'm not happy!!!!!!!!!! Don't know if i will use it next year??

Got My Refund

OTR Drivers can get a daily Per Diem and the rate always is changing. This would be a great short cut.
What's great about it: Found the things I Needed
What's not so great: Could have been more help on work related expenses.

Overall, its much better than hardcopies the old way. The software actually helps the novice because there are many credits we used to miss using the paper format.
What's great about it: Thoroughness of credits
What's not so great: Some language in personal info-a litle misunderstood for new & unfamiliar users

Simply the best!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and couldn't be more pleased with my results. My best friend joined the Turbo Tax ranks this year because I told her how easy it was.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
