Two things would make this 5 stars, NUMBER 1 and most important are the credit card fees assessed to pay your taxes. They are VERY EXPENSIVE.
2. I don't like having to go back over each section every time I close the program, why doesn't it pick up where I left off?
What's great about it: Easy To Follow
What's not so great: Have to start over with check boxes after closing

I have used TurboTax for 8 years now and have never stopped being amazed at the ease of doing my taxes. Prior to using TurboTax I would spend days trying to complete my returns. Thanks and keep up the good work
What's great about it: Quick and easy year after year. Very good explinations to save you time

Overall, Turbo Tax has continued to put forth a very high quality product and make filing taxes easy and almost idiot proof. I have been using TT for about 13 years now. I have not found a better product yet. Thanks TT for your dedication to quality and attention to details.
What's great about it: Question & answer process more streamlined this tax year.
What's not so great: some sections you had to edit entry twice to get all info in it

Overall TurboTax is very easy and walked me through each step. The help on each area was easy to follow and answered my questions.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: charitable donations seemed cumbersome
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Smooth and EASY

I have been using TurboTax for many years. I love that all of my information is carried over from the year before.This software is straight foward and very easy to use. All I have to do is answer the questions.

Have used for years! Simple & easy for the novice. I love the convenience of sitting in my home & completing the process from start to finish. Everything was thought of.
