Turbo tax found credits for me that I didn't even know exsisted. I love that I can work on my taxes at my own pace from the comfort of my own home.

Turbo has always been easy to use and good at walking you through your return. Excellent in review and making sure to catch errors. I can count on TurboT each year to help me with my filing
What's great about it: Walked through each of the categories to collect all the data
What's not so great: Would have liked a little more detail on 1099b

Helped me complete my refund

Once I was able to start the return, it went quickly. It took over an hour to download disc and updates.
What's great about it: I feel confidant that this was done correctly.
What's not so great: It took a long time to download the disc I purchased.

I liked the good old days better

Back in the old days, Turbo Tax had male and female emcees who would talk to me in video format. That was so friendly and reassuring. Why not continue doing something like that today? Turbo Tax would always import last year's information. For the past few years, it acts like it never heard of me and I end up putting all information in manually. It's still nice and fast and reassuringly complete. Thanks, Turbo Tax!!!
What's great about it: Lots of choices. Flexible. Donation help. Documentation. Audit risk thermometer.
What's not so great: Didn't import last year's information, or tell me why or how to do it.

Absolutely painless to do taxes with Turbo Tax. Instructions are clear, precise and unambiguous. Having electronic copies of everything saved to my computer has helped enormously throughout the year when requests for income tax filings have occurred. The cost of the software is well worth the investment.

I have gas royalties in another state and even with this added income Turbo Tax made it very simple.

Can only print?

Did not see a warning about medical deductions are not useful if less than a certain percentage of your income.
Forced to print. I would rather have a PDF file that I could print if I needed it. Save a tree.
