Made a Painful Process Painless

I have been using Turbotax for a number of years and can't imagine doing my taxes without it. It makes what could be a confusing, time consuming, frustrating annual event a relatively painless process.
It's easy to use, flexible step by step vs do it yourself options, clear explanations, import functionality. It seems to improve every year. I can't recommend it enough.

What's great about it: User friendly, easy to follow step by step approach
What's not so great: I can't think of any

I'm a Turboliever!!

We have used TurboTax since...well I don't know how long we've used TurboTax as we've always used it. TurboTax has given my husband & me piece of mind that we're not missing data, that when we file our return we are confident that it was done correct and it's taxes made fun (if that's possible). The program is user friendly and allows us to plan ahead to what changes we should make for the upcoming year. This inexpensive program will continue to be a part of our Tax life for years to come.
What's great about it: Transfer of previous year info, year-to-year comparison, questions of missing info from previous year, HELP assistance
What's not so great: Increased cost to file State online
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

TurboTax is a great way to do your taxes that is quick and easy even if you have no idea what you are doing.
What's great about it: Program extremely simple to use
What's not so great: The taxes arent fun to do ever, but not a reflection of the software.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax 2012 another great year

TurboTax worked great again. State was even easier
What's great about it: Excellent product as usual
What's not so great: the EasyStep didn't seem to flow as wall as earlier versions

It's nice to know my taxes are going to be done right and it's so easy and fast. I've been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for at least 5 years now and have always been extremely happy with it.
What's great about it: EASY, RELIABLE, FAST, ACCURATE

We waited way too long again! So, on Sun April 14th at 2pm we started our taxes!! we don't have much to claim, so we were able to get right thru it. Very user friendly, good thing, we had a time issue! Very pleased with the refund options, really liked the flow of edit, file, print done! Thanks for helping us get done on time!
What's great about it: waited way too long again! thanks for the operator friendly software. we got thru the Fed & state in about 3 hrs!
What's not so great: Just a couple questions confused us, but after rereading the question we got it figured out.

Easiest tax software to use ever!

This is my 6th year using Turbo-tax. It is so much easier to deal with than paying hundreds of dollars to "tax professionals" who use the same or similar software!
What's great about it: Simple, easy to use. Instructions take you step-by-step
