I have relied on TurboTax every year since 1998. The software always gives great performance and has rock solid stability. Even as my tax situation becomes more and more complicated over the years, TurboTax's features can keep up. Also, I love the integration with itsdeductible for charitable contributions. The combination is unbeatable!
What's great about it: easy to use, itsdeductible integration is nice
What's not so great: very minor bugs
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Fast and easy

Easy to import nearly everything, from W2s to brokerage accounts, to past years information. Even if you have to enter something, say investment income, it walks you through the steps, line by line from the statements you've received.
What's great about it: Ease of importing nearly everything I need
What's not so great: None

Turbotax makes tax preparations much easier.
What's great about it: Helped sort out the cost basis of stocks that I sold.
What's not so great: Not as much supporting information as in previous years.

2012 Taxes with Turbo Tax

Been using Turbo Tax for close to ten years, and each year the experience just gets better. I wil continue to use Turbo Tax each year as long as the experience continues as it has each year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Fast, though

Got the job done

The only problems I had were 2.
1. What's my pin, where did it go. I lost it.
2. Killing a business by retiring left behind remnants that had to be removed before a clean pass could be completed. I figured out the trick, but it took time.

I have used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember. Serves my purposes well.
What's great about it: Easy, carries over your data, consistant from year to year.
What's not so great: You could probably finaggle a few more deductions with live tax person.
