Still Love TurboTax

This year it did not seem as simple to go back and change an answer as it has in past years. For example, I needed to file an extension for my mother but had not selected that the first time through her return. It took some hunting and searching "Help" to get back to the proper form.
A suggestion for the future - place the continue button on the left side of the screen near where selections of answers are made. I felt like I spent a lot on time on my touch pad moving left to right to select answers and then "accept" them with the continue button.
All in all, a great program as always.

Turbo tax

I've been using Turbo tax since 1994. I found it's very reliable and relative easy to follow. I feel confident using this software.

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years. It has not disappointed me yet. I feel confident when I prepare taxes with Turbo Tax.

Way to go TURBO TAX

Really like the current status of the forms updated to the moment that you do the filing. the step by step is really great for not missing deductions. I had a disagreement with a tax service guy a while back and they wouldn't take certain deductions for us but Turbo Tax doesn't miss a step. Thanks!

Good improvements, but....

For those of us not tax-savvy people, can't you make it easier to see where to put mileage if partially reimbursed. Every year , I'm left wondering whether I did it right. Can't you show an area to put mileage, amount reimbursed, and how much can be claimed all in the same spot, so we can see the work and not have to wonder.
About the review: REALLY?!!! A nickname MUST BE at least 4 letters!!! Who cares!?!
What's great about it: It's getting easier to navigate the deduction questions. Yeah!
What's not so great: It's still hard to figure out where to claim mileage, if a portion is reimbursed but not the entire thing.

I feel that it is helpful to have information forwarded from last years tax filing and to have guided step by step instructions throughout the program. I also feel better being able to click on explain, help etc. Makes me feel like I have a safety net to understanding what exactly is looked for, needed in paperwork etc.
