This year I watied until the last minute to file. I was worried about various issues. I did not need to worry. Your guidance and helpful hints made it a breeze.
What's great about it: Ease of questions and maneuverability between sections

We have used this product for several years and remain happy with its ease of use and reliability. Never again will we go back to the paper forms and related headaches.

What an easy way to do your taxes. Follow the step by step and your all done. Turbo Tax gets easier and easier every year I use it. I have used it for the past 6 years and love it. Can't get any better!

Turbo Tax is Fast and Accurate!

I've used TurboTax for 9 years and use it to file my returns, sons and sister-in-laws tax returns. It's easy to use and asks all the questions...just that easy!
You don't need to be an expert. TurboTax walks you through all the scenarios to make sure you get the refund you deserve!
Love it...love it...love it!!!!
What's great about it: Trusted and Easy assisted return completion. - Used for 9 Years!
What's not so great: nothing...great software!

Federal easy, state - not so much

The process went easily especially since this is the second year I used the program and all the personal data was already entered. It also compared last years data with this year so I could see if I was missing something. Only problem was I had some state return questions to answer. The software asked for answers without explaining the questions. The search feature does not do state returns and wanted to take me back to the federal form. I had to go on the internet to find the answers. Other than that, it was a piece of cake.
What's great about it: Quick and easy, especially second year
What's not so great: State form had me enter values without explaining questions

Have used Turbo Tax for about 7 years and can't imagine doing it any other way...make it easy..
What's great about it: so easy to use, walks you thru everything throughly
What's not so great: had trouble with the updater this year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast and Easy!

I would recommend Turbo Tax for anyone wanting to have control of how long it takes to do their taxes. The questions along the way makes it absolutely the easiest way to do your taxes. You don't have to be at the mercy of a cpa or bookkeeper of when you will get your refund!
What's great about it: Absolutely a no brainer for the inexperienced
What's not so great: Can't think of anything
