2012 return

Too many bugs. One bug in particular dealing with the amount of amortized mortgage points not reported on Form 1098 is still not fixed. Saw many other complaints online but no fix. The entry was being doubled and entered on the 1040 incorrectly. Tried all the resolutions I saw on line but they did not work so I came up with a workaround on my own which I hope passes IRS' review! Also not happy with having to pay an e-file charge for the State again this year. Not a good year for TurboTax. Maybe will switch next year.
What's great about it: E-file ability
What's not so great: Too may software bugs this year

Excellent product

I have been using turbo tax for years. One year turbo tax showed a significant amount due and I did not trust it. Brought my taxes to a licensed CPA who I trust, and they were only able to reduce the amount I owe $100. This was not turbo tax fault either, just a section I forgot I was able to use. Excellent product and I will continue using it for years to come.
What's great about it: Easy to use, includes all forms needed, answers your questions along the way

Very informative and helpful. It feels like someone is sitting with you and helping you.
What's great about it: Very easy to understand
What's not so great: When you go back to check things you have to walk through each step again.

I debated this year whether to go to a tax preparer, but decided since I have had such good luck with Turbo Tax to stick with what I knew! Glad I did. Easy to use and understand. I think it's even easier this year!

Gets the job done

It gets the job done and it is very easy to use, but since I didn't upgrade to the most expensive version, I am not confident that I received all of the deductions possible.
