The overall experience using Turbotax was good. Tax filings of any kind should be free. Period.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions

Very easy click through process... covers all the areas step-by-step, which gives me peace of mind.
And e-Filing is extremely easy.

What's great about it: Simple, quick, and thorough
What's not so great: Wish the IRA Basis portion was better explained.

I found it simple and easy to use. It was as easy as filling in the blanks. Fortunately my life is very uncomplicated and does not require a challenging return.

Wow, a lifesaver!

This was my first year using TTax. I didn't want to buy it in the past and used free online forms. However, I found out that I had been missing out on important deductions and credits. I really wish I had used them in the past, because I might have have been on the beach sipping Pina Coladas with money I saved. Love this program!
What's great about it: Helped me get back more money than I ever have before; So simple that my kids could probably do it.
