I've used Turbo tax for a number of years and find the process user friendly. It is very helpful to have prior years' information saved and transferred into the new year's return. Instructions are easy to follow and using It's Deductible is a great tool.

It was a great tax program., I completed my taxes in less that 2 hours once I had all my documents together. The state form was literally done in 3 minutes and 3 clicks of the continue buttop.. Well done Intuit!
What's great about it: product was awesome, it could not be simpler especially state taxes.
What's not so great: worth every penny... no Con's really

Sometimes difficult

Overall I have used, and enjoy using, TurboTax. My issues are when the program assumes I know information that I don't. While usually the explanations are quite clear I would appreciate more blue-linked help explanations. I also dislike having to reenter data when I want to go back a significant degree through a state return. It makes it annoying when you realize a mistake was made and you can't easily head back but have to go through the entire state return to get to it.
What's great about it: Convenience, efiling, good for most
What's not so great: Difficult with many variables
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Everything was greatn except it asked for job related expenses twice and i could have been penalized if i didn't catch it.
What's great about it: Seemed easier this year
