Fairly simple and quick

Overall pretty good product. Quick and easy to follow. However, there are a few places that could provide more detailed information. I would also be helpful if it explained why you may have gotten a deduction the previous year that you are not getting the current year or why it might be lower. Overall a pretty good product.
What's great about it: Quick and pretty easy to follow
What's not so great: Could provide a little more detail
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I loved the fact that the program covered all bases and was professionally presented

I love Turbo Tax. I have used Turbo Tax for years. Filing for my husband and I then when our oldest son got a job I used Turbo Tax for his and now our middle son is working and for his first year to file taxes I used Turbo Tax! Doesn't matter how easy or hard the return is Turbo Tax is the one. Thank you, Turbo Tax!

A No-Brainer!

I'm a return user, and TurboTax did not disappoint again this year. Seems even more concise than before. Easy to navigate, user friendly. I did experience an error after completing all my state information and had to re-enter the state info only. Got back on track rather quickly, though. Would still use it again next year.
What's great about it: Concise, simplified
What's not so great: Experienced an error, lost state info

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and continue to be pleased with it's feature and flow throughout the various modules/topics. Even though it guides you through everything, it also helps you to learn and understand the information through it's links
What's great about it: Simple, easy to follow and even teach you along the way through their help feature and links
What's not so great: There aren't many. If any I would have to say easier access to online chat help

So easy!

this is a very easy step by step tax return program. I love that you can flag a page to go back to it. it was so easy to do the state return after the federal was completed. I also love the help available. I had a few questions and asked the community and got quick accurate responses from other turbo tax users! Love it!
