I love TurboTax...use it every year.
What's great about it: easy, fast, easy
What's not so great: can be time consuming if all the paperwork is not gathered ahead of time
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I made a significant mistake on Social Security income. Fortunately Turbo Tax would not let me e-file even though I had reviewed that item several times.

Good Experience With One Exception

It makes me nervous to enter all the "FILE" information prior to printing and reviewing the return. The program asks for information like credit card information prior to the option to print and review. It would be clearer to have instead a "PRE-FILE" section, followed by a "PRINT AND REVIEW" section, followed by a "FILE" section. You could ask all the same questions in the same order, but this would make it clearer where we are in the filing process.
What's great about it: Program walks you through entering information
What's not so great: It was not clear to me when I should print and review return

I`ve been buying and using your product for the last few years, and each time it gets easier to do my taxes. Now if you guys can come up with a guide for raising a teenager....

WILL JUST DO BASIC FROM NOW ON. SAVED ALL RECEIPTS AND INPUTTED EVERYTHING AND THEN JUST GOT TO TAKE THE STANDARD DEDUCTION. A LOT OF WORK FOR NOTHING.
