Changing Tax Due is Confounding

Each year TT seems to get better and more explanatory, that's a good thing. But, every year, as you progress through the data entry, tax due or refund due changes despite making no changes to the numbers. Also, this year, received info that a $ 1980 IRA could be made to reduce taxes and lo and behold, it changed to $840 after we had already made the transfer to the IRA account.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to follow along entering data
What's not so great: Don't like conflicting amount due as return is completed

Great product year after year

Filing taxes is never painless, but using Turbo Tax makes it as pain-free as possible. My friends are amazed that I do our taxes myself but I find that with Turbo Tax, the organization and facilitated interview style gives me exactly what I need. If only it also paid my tax bill!
What's great about it: The online "hand holding" done by Turbo Tax ensures a satisfactory outcome every time.

I have used Turbo Tax for 5 consecutive years now with only good results. I like the ability to return to my tax preparation on my own time.

I have been using TurboTax for the last 10 years. Never had a problem and it get easier every year. My taxes are not difficult to do, but with TT filling out and filing is a breeze. Thanks!! TurboTax

why pay someone for something you can do yourself with confidence. Great product!! I will never use anything else!

Quik and easy

I've used Turbo Tax since the days of diskettes. It's simple and easy to navigate. Sometimes it had some circular reviews so added a few minutes, but it sure is thorough.
What's great about it: Guided entry of information
What's not so great: Sometimes circular reviews
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
