JUST GREAT

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It just gets easier to use every year. I am amazed as how little time is required to get the return ready to file.

I use turbotax because of the carryforward from prior years, but some items are not intuitive and search functionality is clunky.
What's great about it: carryforward of prior year information
What's not so great: search functions are difficult

I have been using Turbotax for the past 10 years or so...I find it is getting better each year. Easier to use.
What's great about it: easy to fix errors
What's not so great: Hard to go to specific area for recheck on informatin

This is my third year I had used Turbo Tax, I really liked it because I usually have a my accountant does it for me all the time. but when my friend tell me about this, I tried for the 1st time had my friend check it ,she is an accountant herself. so I trust her too. thank you Turbo Tax
What's great about it: easy to understand
What's not so great: none, only I have to pay a lot of tax ( not your fault)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I think Turbo Tax is an excellent procduct. My whole family uses it for their taxes as well.
What's great about it: I can do my returns at my convience
What's not so great: I have had a hard time finding answers to some questions

TurboTax is the only way I do my taxes every year and those of my whole family. I never worry about missing something or not getting all the money back.
What's great about it: Keeps track of all the details and updates
What's not so great: no big ones

TurboTax leads me through my tax return the way I like. Ask me questions and don't just throw a form in my face and expect me to fill it in. Taxes are needlessly complicated and I don't have time for it.
What's great about it: The interview style
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind that really bothers me.
