Super easy!

What's great about it: Made an easy chore out of doing taxes!
What's not so great: Taxes!

Consistently Easy Year After Year!

I have been using TurboTax for several years and will continue to do so for years to come. So easy to use and I feel safe using this program! I also love the optional audit protection.
What's great about it: Easy to use, step by step guidance, reminds me of deductions I might forget
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Does a nice job

Simple, straight forward, efficient. I wish they would not redesign the interface every year. Familiarity makes it easier.
What's great about it: TT makes everything straight forward and simple. If I have questions, there is a quick reference to get a definition.
What's not so great: I was a little unclear if TT Deluxe would handle my investment issues, but found with the automatic download from Vangu
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using TurboTax to prepare my returns for many years now. Tax time is always a fun time when done using TurboTax software. Have seen lots of improvements and convenience over the years particularly, automatic uploading of tax information from various banks, organizations and institutions. The e-filing has been a such a big plus to tax filing. I particularly enjoy seeing statistics at the end that compares my returns with national average in the same bracket. I am already looking forward to the next year's upgrades and convenience with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Convenient, "help" at your finger tip reach, automatic transfer of data
What's not so great: Would like to see more uploading of data from various financial institutions,

Deduction tool is the best in the business!

I've used it for years, never been audited.
What's great about it: Simple to move through intuitively, I don't have to follow the software's pace.
What's not so great: can't think of any.

2012 turbo tax review

There should be another option to review all the tax forms before we are asked to confirm that the return can be filed and submitted electronically to the IRS.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: difficult to see if my edits have been updated
