Another Satisfied Customer

My overall experience was great. It only took me a couple of hours, since Turbo Tax explains everything in great detail.
You really cannot make a mistake. Best thing is that I did it on my own time, and I didn't have to depend on a very busy accountant to make time for me, and then not communicate with me what was going on. Had a bad experience last year and that's what prompted me to buy Turbo Tax this year and give it a try. I am sold!!!

What's great about it: I could do this in my own home. I really liked that I got it done in just a couple of hours.
What's not so great: Didn't like having to pay for the State refund, when I'd already paid for the Turbo Tax.

Great tax software

I've been using Turbo Tax software 10 years now and its a solid performer. Easy to use and great for the simple to moderately complex returns. They also have a lot of assistance if you require it.
What's great about it: Easy to use; step by step approach
What's not so great: Some worsheets difficult to use

I Got One This Year

I have used Turbo Tax for four years now. I think it gets better to work with every year. I went from working on my taxes for days. Now I'm down to two days. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Enjoyed the walk throughs
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Makes It Easy...

Makes filing taxes a "d-oable" process for anyone.
No need for a CPA or even to pay a tax expert as long as
you keep good records and follow each step. A real stress
reliever...now if I could just fix a car and figure out my computer problems --- I'd be set.

Superb product. No Surprises

I have been a TurboTax user ever since the product first came on the scene more than twenty years ago (yes it has been around that long). Proven reliability. It has become the standard by which I judge all other software applications- tax-related or not!
What's great about it: Intuitive..very user friendly.
