Makes Life Easy

I'm a former IRS Agent who has used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. I have to file returns for myself, my kids and our parents so the 5 return limit is a problem. Have you thought of permitting additional returns for larger families? The guide is straight forward and asks pertinent questions.
What's great about it: Step by Step instructions with links when you have questions
What's not so great: Limited to 5 returns
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

quick and painless

We have never needed to itemize deductions, since the standard deduction is always larger (with 4 dependent children). I'm curious if it's possible to bypass these steps and go straight to requesting the standard deduction. Otherwise, taxes have become quick and painless -- now all we need to do is confirm and/or update details from last year's tax return!
What's great about it: automatic uploading of last year's tax details
What's not so great: cannot skip the section for itemizing deductions

Using TurboTax for several years and always enjoyed the ease of using the software. It has explanations of what the deductions/credits are and why certain ones were chosen when there are more than one offered.
As painless as doing the tax returns can be...
What's great about it: Ease of plugging in numbers; explanations when needed
What's not so great: Vagueness of a couple of deductions
