Turbo Tax is Great

I have used Turbo Tax since I have had a computer. Deductions added up more than I would have guessed.
I bought another product one year based on a friend's suggestion. Bad idea, trashed product and bought Turbo Tax. Get it downloaded now though. :)

When it was time to transmit the taxes i encounterd problems with the information of University of Phoenix Zip Code not allowing the the use of the information and showing in red as incorrect. After researching the zip code and finding in fact was the right one still turbo tax didnt accept the information. Had to clear out and leave blank to be able to transmit.

Using for over a decade now--never an audit or error.
What's great about it: Walk-thru, easy access to helpful info-assumes reading at least 7th grade level. ItsDeductible was really easy!
What's not so great: Community not so great a help. I prefer direct from the source- IRS or State Revenue dept.

I've Been Using Turbo Tax Since It's Inception

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years now and have always had good luck with it. The ease and the "Interview Process" is awesome. While doing my taxes with Turbo Tax, I always feel like a Tax Expert is right there with me. I just filed my taxes a few minutes ago and opted for the E-file choice. It went smoothly.
What's great about it: Easy to use and the "Interview - Walk Thru" concept is great!
What's not so great: Can't think of any right now

Overall this is a great product; finding the correct help is difficult when faced with questions about taxes and procedures that may not be common.

over $5000.00 back. ill be using it again next year.
