Multiple States Tricky

Great to use if you need an easy way to complete your taxes. Doesn't have all the details at a glance when completing multiple state's income tax forms. Need to research a little on your own to find them out.
What's great about it: Nice and easy step by step guide
What's not so great: Lacking some details, Not very clear in how to calculate applicable earned state income

Overall a very good product that I have been using since 2005 and when I am done each year I feel like the tax process has been completed as thoroughly as possible.
What's great about it: Walks you thru the entire process in a systematic format
What's not so great: Once in a while it can be confusing

I've been using Turbo Tax for probably 6 years now. Wouldn't use anything else. It really has gotten easier and easier each year.

Unpleasant task made easier

We used Turbo Tax for years. We're always satisfied with the product and the process. The software walks us through the unpleasant task of filing taxes, and makes it as easy as possible. Love being able to e-file and have taxes or refunds taken care of directly through my bank. I've used CPAs before and they didn't do any better than Turbo Tax did!
What's great about it: Turbo tax makes sure we don't miss something. Questions keep us on track!
What's not so great: Sometimes a little difficult to navigate when we had to go back and make some corrections.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and each year it seems to get easier.
What's great about it: Overall Very easy.
What's not so great: Some instructions and explanations were not so easy. Finding material item donations was not easy.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
