My taxes are not very complicated. but that doesn't mean that I don't appreciate how quick and easy it is for me to file with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: It's fast and easy to use. It's a quick, easy, and efficient way for me to do my taxes

Easy as always

Easy to use, entry is easy and intuitive and like the tips along the way. Make sure you understand what you are really doing so that you do not end up with any inadvertent errors. Also like the ability to go back to review forms and make sure they are accurate and that I didn't leave anything out.
What's great about it: Like being able to guide myself rather than having the software walk me through it and that it calculates as you go.

Easy to use

Very easy to use. I have a full time salary & small business with Schedule C Sole proprietorship and use quicken to organize my expenses. Just add the tax categories to quicken and print the tax schedule report and fill in the blanks. My state has a low standard deduction and Turbo Tax does not do a cumulative expense run with standardized federal vs itemized federal. If you are below the itemized threshold, run the totals using both itemized and standard to be sure you don't pay too much state.
What's great about it: Organized, asks the appropriate questions
What's not so great: Only calculates fed or state, not lowest combined cost

OMG - from $4K down to $100 - Turbo Tax rocks

I have used Turbo tax now for almost 10 years - Don't trust anybody else
What's great about it: the more info clicks and the total owed/refund at top
What's not so great: not much - quicker this year for some reaons even though I had more the deduct

Overall, I've been using this program for years and love all the improvements seen each year. I wish there were more personal type questions based on the years passed. Not sure if this is really possible, but it would make things earier. Wish the government would not add an additional fee for processing via a Credit Card. The 2.49% service fee seems very large when I'm not charge to use my card at other times.
What's great about it: Love the 'EASY' options and how it allows you to check every possible item
What's not so great: Some times we are forced into answering guestions that we answered in the past
