Good.
What's great about it: Very good program
What's not so great: I elected to have refund direct deposited, but turbotax did not include this on the state refund.

overall easy to use.
What's great about it: Relatively easy to use
What's not so great: switching between form view and information view can be a pain...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

turbo tax well worth expense

Turbo tax is a great tool to use if you are not using the standard deduction and you want the most for all your credits and deductions. It is easy to use and the fact it comes with a free federal efile is awesome. I use it every year to get my returns in quickly and efficiently. Its easy step by step process ensures that I didn't miss any categories. Much easier than visiting a tax consultant and its deductible!
What's great about it: easy to use, inexpensive, accurate deduction steps
What's not so great: some of the information isn't applicable and you must examine it all

USE IT! YOU WILL BE SURPRIZED HOW QUICK IT IS, JUST GET YOUR PAPERS TOGETHER BEFOR HAND AND YOU'LL WIZ RIGHT THROUGH. REMEMBER THERE IS A FEE TO E-FILE THE STATE AT THE END, SO KNOW THAT YOU CAN CHOOSE MAIL AND MAKE THAT CHOICE BEFORE YOU CLICK YES AND HAVE TO GO BACK. ( THAT BECOMES SOME HOOPS THAT ARE SIMPLE, BUT ONE MORE THING TO DO AT THE END) WHENYOU WANT TO BE DONE! , TURBO TAX PHYCOLOGY HERE :-)
What's great about it: QUICK, UNDERSTANDABLE
What's not so great: SURPRIZE STATE E FIE FUND AT THE END

This year seemed to be the simplest Turbo Tax EVER!!! Return was done accurately and it seemed a lot faster than usual. Keep it up TT.

Innovative and Informative!

TurboTax is the best choice for me. I'm a do-it-youselfer and want to be accurate regarding all aspects of our family's finances. We all use tools, in one form or another, to get the job done right. Regarding the task of filing taxes, TurboTax is the best tool available to me. Thanks, TurboTax!

Great for dad's return

I was a little frustrated with the state sales tax form. I didnt realize that the form for Washinton was included in the regular form after downloading the updates. Upon returning to the regular form the next day all of the sales tax info. for Washington was there.
What's great about it: It is very organized
What's not so great: I can't scroll using my touch pad

trouble with turbo tax

I had problems, as I do every year, going from the return to an earlier section and from the return to various forms. To change things, check on entries and fix errors one needs to go back in the return or go to one or more forms. The problem is that there is NO "Return to my tax return" BUTTON. You end up going to someplace close and answering some questions over, and hoping you give the same answers. Fix this!
What's great about it: great, simple it uses last years return and you can go online to get most of your data
What's not so great: difficult to go back and forth
