Ahhhhh! Done!

First time in many years filing by myself. Was very nervous and anxious. Turbo Tax was recommended by several friends & I decided to give it a try. It walked me through every step in detail, so I was confident in my return. Will be using this for my tax preparation from now on.

Overall, I am pleased with this edition of TurboTax from entering data to online tax reg referencing. However, some field entry is not straightforward and looking at forms on the fly is not possible (unless I'm missing something).
What's great about it: Entry, explanation of fields
What's not so great: Unable to view forms as working on them

I don't know what I would do without TurboTax! It almost makes doing taxes fun. It's great to see my overall financial picture for the year.

got It Done On Time

I have used TurboTax for several years and an quite content with the way the program proceeds with topics and support information. I finally tried the e-filing option and was pleased with the ease of operation, I still print a file copy, but expect that I will continue next year with Turbo Tax. Old habits are hard to change.
What's great about it: Progression was easy to follow
What's not so great: Many obscure items that would seem to have a very limited use

Eased our worries about lots of stocks

We sold a lot of stocks last year as we moved to managed accounts, and we were concerned how complex it could be.
TurboTax made it really easy by transferring the forms directly from the brokerages, and telling us what information it didn't get for us to look up in our records.
