Great for Quick and Easy Tax Filing

I am a long time Turbo Tax user. I love the way the software loads information from last year's return.
I like that as you enter your current year information, the software will give you a comparison of the prior year.
Only downside, I accidently clicked the wrong button on one of my K-1s. I corrected the mistake in the walkthrough, but I had to switch to form view and delete the form to avoid having troubles with the review.
All in all a great, easy, straightforward program.

So Freakin' Easy

Turbo tax makes doing my taxes every year pretty painless. I don't have much of a head for numbers, so having everything done for me with only close review on my part is wonderful. I don't ever forget anything because the program is so thorough. Basically, I consider it a life saver!
What's great about it: Step by step guides make this so easy.
What's not so great: Nothing, really.

Concerned about scholarship treated as income

Turbo tax said her scholarship exceded her tuition but it didn't.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Easy to go back an review.
What's not so great: Turbo tax indicated my daughter's scolarship should be treated as income and I don't think that's right.

Great, and getting better

We've been using TURBOTAX for 10 years - it is a very understandable step by step interface, and very reliable software. Filing taxes is a very stressful event, but TURBOTAX makes it an almost "point and click" experience.
But, it is a very expensive option if you need to file in multiple states. However, the convenience and peace of mind TURBOTAX provides makes it worth the cost.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, stress free, error protection, previous year data loading
What's not so great: high price for state, expensive to e-file - especially where multiple states are needed

I've used Turbo Tax for years and think that it is the way to go. They step you right through all phases of the process.
What's great about it: striaghtforward, easy to use, good guidance
