So easy!

Turbo Tax took me through all the deductions, clearly explaining the paperwork I needed. Loved the running update on the amount of my refind. The ItsDeductible was great for valuing the items I donated to various charities. I've used Turbo Tax for seven years, including through moves and running a small business. Love it.
What's great about it: quick, simple to understand, good explanations

I think that Turbo Tax is a great program for almost anyone - makes it easy to file your taxes and makes you confident that they're correct!

Time and Money

Have been using Turbo Tax for years. Still use the forms feature as I like to enter information as I get it. The interview and error checks make sure I haven't missed anything. One year the IRS claimed that I used the wrong form for some calculations, and that I owed over $1,000 in additional taxes. I was able to quote the IRS tax code reference from the Turbo Tax instructions which applied to my situation, and they agreed. Turbo Tax knows the tax code better than the IRS!
What's great about it: Saves time. Gets it right.
What's not so great: Have to pay taxes.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and love your recent changes. The questions are easy to answer and you do not have to be an accountant to breeze through in just a few hours.

Got back lots more than I anticipated. Like having a tax accountant sitting right next to you walking you through the process. Didn't take much longer than figuring out my own return WITHOUT deductions by myself. But I'm confident that TTax got me deductions I wouldn't have known about otherwise.
A great investment!
What's great about it: Easy to use, took you through step by step, much cheaper than a tax prep firm or accountant
What's not so great: Needed to look up a few terms to be sure I was entering the correct data
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
