Super Easy for Busy Mom

Since becoming a mom I don't have the time that I once had. Unfortunately, many important things like my taxes get put off until the last possible minute. Turbo Tax was recommended to me by my tax prepare several years ago as she did not have any appointment times left. I've been using Turbo Tax since as I feel I can wait until the very last minute while having all the pertinent information and maximizing my deduction.
What's great about it: I can get my taxes done at the last minute!
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Brilliant Straight-forward Product

Turbo tax just gets better and better each year I have used it. The step by step process is great. The recommendations are wonderful to remind you of items you may have missed. Overall a great product. Well worth trying if you haven't used it.
What's great about it: Ease of the program use.
What's not so great: Having to go back into the individual areas to make corrections recommended.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Review

Works well, would like to be able to skip, or have menu to skip known income and deduction categories that one will not need to use. Would also like the option to not have updates run every time you try to enter a payee by hand - have the option after the 3rd update try but would be nice to opt out in first instance

Confident Using Turbo

I have been using TurboTax to prepare my taxes for over 15 years and have confidence in the results. I use the "guide me" approach and find it easy to follow and enter data. This year after entering my itemized deductions the standard deduction was my better option. I wanted to see what my total itemized amount was but was unable find where it had been entered. I'm sure the itemized amount was in the data I entered but how to recall it was not intuitive.
What's great about it: I like the "guide me" option, the ease of data entry and have confidence it the results.
What's not so great: I had trouble finding who to recall my itemized deduction entry.

Last Minute Tax Filing

I've used Turbo Tax for years - love how easy it is and how it steps through income and expenses. I would recommend this for anyone doing their taxes.
What's great about it: Quick and easy way to file!
What's not so great: Extra fee to deduct fees from refund amount.

Turbo Tax Rocks My Refund Again!

I love using the program it guides me through the return process and takes away all the headaches I used to have with paper spread out every where on the dinning room table the endless use of government publications that were hard to read and ultimately impossible for a non trained tax professional to understand. Taxes used to take me at least three days to a week to do now I can do them in a few hours. After using the program now for multiple seasons we have become more organized about what paper work we need to keep and how to organize it to speed up an already very expedited process using the program.
What's great about it: I really like using this software and have used it for 12 years
What's not so great: It missed some penalties on a distribution one year

Why you need Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax starting with Tax Year 1994 and I will not change despite the "other guy's" siren song! If you have anything more than a W-2, YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TURBO TAX. Our tax code is sooo complex you'd be nuts trying to fill a return without Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Your reliable guide through the IRS forest
