I will continue to use Turbo Tax wnen filing my Taxes.
What's great about it: Whats not to like.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always Reliable

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years and each year it gets better and easier to use. It has always been a reliable product that does a good job through the interview process, asking insightful questions that may result in more tax savings.
TurboTax is an addiction, as is Quicken, and are both finance tools I couldn't do without.
What's great about it: Quickly gets our taxes done each year and is always reliable
What's not so great: Having to do our taxes at all

I've been using Turbo Tax for over sixteen years, and I've gotten my daughter hooked on using it for the last three years. The product is "AWESOME"! It's great to have someone figure out all the legal terminologies when it comes to filing your taxes, which allows the tax filer to relax and complete the process with pretty much very little or no stress. TURBO TAX YOU ROCK!!
What's great about it: Extremely easy to follow, and help provided througout the process
What's not so great: no cons

Got the Best Service Possible

Over the past few years we've used Turbo Tax & never been audited because of the accuracy of the software. We will alwasy use Turbo Tax because the software is trustworthy.
What's great about it: The accuracy of the information provided and run error check.
What's not so great: We owed IRS

Piece of cake

Worked like a charm, as always. Didn't have a clue on filing partial residence forms for two states. TurboTax made it so simple. Only wish it calculated the percentage of dividends and gains that had to be divided between the states.
What's great about it: Questions were to the point and checked.
What's not so great: Too costly for other state forms and e-filing them.
