When going back to review certain items, it would be nice to not have to re-click answers to questions I already answered just to get to the next few pages.

Easy to use especially importing from previous years returns,makes it so much faster. My biggest disappointment is with hard copy printing for review. With cover letters and single sided forms, I would like to see the back page blank. It would make duplex printing easier. I had to make sure that a hard copy form was not split onto another form and send the page back through the printer.

The devil is in the details

I really appreciate the ability to step through both income and deductions in a step by step, layered fashion. When additional help is needed, there are extra "helps" that can be checked to get additional detail. This provides great comfort in assuring that I'm not missing any tax details.
My only issue is trying to calculate the cost basis of long held shares of stock that had spun off from a parent company that also had stock splits. I acknowledge that it is probably time to move up to Turbo Tax Premier!

Nice way to do a unpleasent task

The software takes me step by step through an unpleasent process of doing my taxes. It guides me on what documents I need and fills out the forms that can be very confusing.
I am not sure what happened during the error check section but I discovered it and it was easily corrected.

What's great about it: Guided me through what I didn't know, found deductions I wouldnt have found
What's not so great: Got stuck in the error check process and discovered the software added 2 additional dependents

Turbo Tax is th best thing going to file your taxes. It explains everything you need to know;just ask for Q&A and it's there. It is great at reviewing to make sure your taxes are done correctly. will inform you of adit protection. I have use it for years with no problems. I will continue to use it.

Have used TurboTax for several years now to file for my wife and I, and our two older children. Took about two hours to file three returns and most of that was making sure i had all the necessary documentation.
What's great about it: Simplicity of use.
