Love TurboTax! So easy to use!

I love working with TurboTax! Makes doing taxes so easy and intuitive.
What's great about it: Ease of use, Complete, Thorough
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So easy to use

I hve used TurboTax for our own and my son's returns for a number of years. The prompts are appropriate for our situations. I really like that information is transferred year after year. That really saves time and effort.
What's great about it: I loved the step by step procedures. Prompts were excellent.

Easy Tax Return

Have used turbotax for many years. Convenience and ease can't be beat. Disappointed with flaw in MN State Return: can't uncheck long term care insurance option and can't update long term care amount once entered - dollar field doesn't even display again.
What's great about it: Simple, straight-forward process
What's not so great: State Tax Flaw

I have used this program for about 6 years now. Very easy to use. It explains everything needed to get you your best refund.
What's great about it: excellent, easy and quick to use

Hung up on filling

I have a computer with a lot of memory, so this should not have frozen up. Fortunately, on reopening, I saw that it saved nearly everything, but unfortunately, it changed the filing date from April 15th to today. Potentially disastrous!
What's great about it: Relatively easy to fill in the forms
What's not so great: Froze up at the point of filing

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Tried the Online version once and did not care for it and moved back to the CD/DVD/Download version and enjoy that much better.
What's great about it: Grand experence

useful printing feature to add

What I like: I use have used Turbo Tax since 2000 and have convinced my children to use it also. Without using a tax preparation service I can control the privacy of my information.
What I would add: I would find it useful to print a copy of any specific work window.
What's great about it: Have been using Turbo Tax since 2000; easy to use and I like ability to work on return in bits and pieces.
What's not so great: Can't print the contents of an open work window.
