Easy Tax Prep.

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. It guides you through all the steps. The only problem I had was finding answers to a few questions.
What's great about it: It's very easy to use.
What's not so great: It was sometimes hard to find answers to questions.

Fast and easy

Great, complete, fast, and easy to file Fed and State.
However they should change the 529 College Plan entry in that you enter the entire expense then Turbotax figures the max amount you can deduct instead of having the tax payer figure out the deduction and just entering the $2,500 in this case.

Best gets better

Been using TurboTax for almost 15 years, and each year it continues to get better. As an accounting professional, I could do mine by hand, but when I can count on TurboTax to check my return, do my math and calculations and be fully up to date with changes in the law - why do it myself?
What's great about it: Simple and easy
What's not so great: Cost for state e-filing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy and complete

I have been using TurboTax for years and it's great. It makes the next year's return easier with prefilled information and comparisons to the previous year. It's step-by-step process is easy to follow and really gives you full confidence you're doing it right. The explanations and online help community really help answer some questions -- on your timing. I HIGHLY recommend using TurboTax every year.
What's great about it: Very easy and complete
What's not so great: Wish the state filing was included in software price

Solid Program

Been using TT since 2000! Great program overall. I wish it could import from more places (i.e Wells Fargo, etc). Also, they could provide more input and "lay" talk re: IRA and RothIRA conversions (when you can deduct, when you can't, why/how), and also the AMT, etc... Maybe I only gave TT 4 stars this time around because of the above issues and my refund was not as big this year as last... :( ---> :)
What's not so great: Never got my email re: audit defense, etc...

Easy as ever

Thank you once again Turbo Tax. You have made filing taxes easy. I love the fact that I can just pull the information from my brokerage accounts directly into Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is getting easier every year even as the IRS gets more complicated.
What's not so great: None

I've been using Turbo tax for at least 20 years, the best tool I've found. Well done Intuit, While I don't look forward to using your program it makes the unpleasant act of paying your taxes a bit easier to take.
What's great about it: Ease of use, good interface, more help than anyone could ever need
