getting harder to use

Still a good, easy product. I just can't get easy answers to decide if I should change data input to see if new/different numbers will enhance refund.
What's great about it: walks you through
What's not so great: hard to navigate for questions that pop-up for different scenerios.

Non resident MA taxes dont work right

I've used Turbo Tax for several year now. I like the step by step guidance, but I still come back and edit individual items after following all the steps. There is always something I overlook the first time through. Sometime I even make corrections of the forms.
Because of my wife's status as a retired pastor we can exclude a part or all of her pension as a parsonage allowance. On recommendation of her pension board we include a note about this exclusion. This note requires paper filing because there is no way to attach this note electronically.
What's great about it: Leads me step by step
What's not so great: No way to attach notes with electronic filing

Should Restart Where I Left Off

Part-way thru my return, i had to quit Turbotax and restart my machine for an OS security update. When i restarted Turbotax, it immediately said there was an update available.
This was strange since this occurred on Apr 12 and i had updated Turbotax on Apr 5. So i let it update.
When Turbotax was restarted, it was right at the beginning. I could find no menu item to continue where i left off, so i had to laboriously go thru my return to find where i left off.

Indiana and Michigan

I had a little trouble deciding how to proceed on my state return. I reside in Indiana and receive a pension from the Michigan state school system. I didn't know what state I should file.
What's great about it: most directions were clearly understood
What's not so great: state information was confusion for me
