Get it done

I have been using Turbo Tax for longer than I can remember - I think I actually loaded it years ago on diskettes.
I love the product.

What's great about it: ease of operation
What's not so great: I would like easier access to IRS publications

Fastest Filing ever.

The 2012 version of TurboTax was the best ever. I had no questions or concerns anywhere along the way. My return is somewhat complicated but I was able to finish in 7 hours which is a record for my return by far. The guided portion of TurboTax was the best it has been in quite a few years.
What's great about it: The "Guide Me" feature was the best it's ever been.
What's not so great: Really nothing in this year's version.

Easy to follow year after year

We've uset Turbo Tax for the last four years. Having all the info pulled up from the previous year automatically is a great time saver. The instructions are easy to follow and the search gets to the right answers and forms quickly.
What's great about it: It's great having the previous year's info right on the screen to compare.
What's not so great: It's too easy to put off to the last minute.

Easier Each Year

Thanks for making Turbo Tax so easy. Each year we seem to have another challenge and I am able to handle it with your every excelling program.
What's great about it: The steps get easier to follow each year!
What's not so great: Almost missed my estimated taxes for the state return. Don't know if it was me or your instructions.

Overall I like turbo tax the best for preparing my families taxes.
What's great about it: Clear instructions. Easy to use.
What's not so great: I had difficulty with the dependent support test section. I got two different answers on this section.
