Way to go getting your refund

Users of Turbo Tax do not need to have an accounting background to prepare personal tax returns. Turbo Tax enables users with the step by step to prepare and file their tax returns electronically for free. In addition, Turbo tax also provide users the option to buy "Audit Defense Contract" in case of IRS audit.
What's great about it: Turbor Tax ensures users receive all credits due them
What's not so great: Turbor Tax need to improve how to complete NYC Non Residency form 1127.2

Not a good solution for california RDPs

I was extremely disappointed by Turbo-Tax's solution for California Registered Domestic Partners. It seemed that there was way too much of advice about the user making sure that changes made to the individual returns were consistent. Hey, that's why I paid for software, so I wouldn't have to worry about that. Then when I did try to Efile my california return from the mock combined federal return, there's a bug in the program where it asks you for your personal information, then tells you to take it out, then you have to go back to the form to amend it manually. Very poor design.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Took Longer, Fed E*file disallowed, and there's a bug in program

Easy to Use.

Used to pay a lot of money to an accountant, but found out he was using similar program to this. He asked me questions that he filled in for me and charged me and charged me hundreds. The questions were even in same order as Turbo Tax. Ha Ha...
What's great about it: Very easy to follow, all laid out for you just fill in the blanks.
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to make changes when error is present.

No fears with TurboTax when Tax Time comes!

I have feared doing taxes in the past. When TurboTax came along they took those fears away with their knowledge with taxes, the price, and ease of filing with TurboTax. I have been using TurboTax for over 5 years years now and will not go with anyother tax service.

I know a few people who was afraid to use Turbo , but after watching me , they tried and was very happy. I have been using Turbo 4 or 5 years, it's easy to use and affordable

I have used Turbo Tax for eight (8) years and have never had a problem understanding the instructions. They have helped me get better federal and state refunds.
