Year after Year Refund

I've been using Turbo Tax for 17 years and it continues to be a success for me.
What's great about it: Step-by-Step instructions & Help blog
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy, Peasy

I will never use an accountant or tax preparation service again. This is a great product that was super easy to use.
What's great about it: The entire experience :)
What's not so great: Nothing!

Painless experience

I get very nervous when I have to file any form of legal document. Filing with Turbo Tax allowed me to work at my own pace in the comfort of my own home.

Good but not stellar

Generally a good process but some points were not intuitive. Thank goodness I have a good background in the process.
One pet peeve, when I looked at the FORM view, all I wanted to see were the real forms, not other material
Bottom line--could not have done the taxes without Turbo Tax. Costs of hiring a CPA would have been many times greater! Thanks Turbo Tax!!!
What's great about it: Seems to be comprehensive but not totally intuitive
What's not so great: Many times the program would crash and I'd have to restart

Check for errors

I like the review, but I also like knowing where my tax retun stacks up with other "like" filers. Not offered this year.
What's great about it: never had in issue in almost 20 years of using Turbo Tax
What's not so great: this year there was no compariosn to filers in my tax bracket
