Great Experience

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and like that I can import both Quicken and QuickBooks information. As a small business owner, it certainly saves me time that then can be used to review the information imported and/or entered.
What's great about it: Provides numerous opportunities to check information entered
What's not so great: Takes too long to get charitable donations entered
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Disappointing extra charge for extra State Returns
Does not handle any Gift Tax Return Filing
Ongoing Questions and Answer format becomes tedious
Preparing Estimated Tax Vouchers should be stand alone section
Filing mechanics very simple.
Fast response for acceptance by IRS

overall, I am a repeat customer and I'm comfortable with Turbo-Tax. I have been using it for 6+ years and I will be back to use it again next year.
What's great about it: loved importing last years information
What's not so great: doesn't really provide good "answers" to specific questions; availability of professionals is not timely.

I love Turbo Tax; been using it for several years now and wouldn't consider any other way. Love the simplicity and ease of both the federal and state returns. Easy to download previous year's returns and personal information.
Keep doing what you are doing and I will keep purchasing this product and letting my friends and family know how great it works!

I Hate Taxes

If I have to file taxes, it's a good thing Turbo Tax is there. It makes it so much easier.
