Peace of mind!

Easy to follow. The double check feature gives me peace of mind. Easy printing options. Is like holding a one on one (face to face) conversation!

We have used Turbo Tax for quite a few years and find it to be the most user friendly tax software ont he market. Great "explore on your own" options and easy to understand help topics.

TurboTax is an all important ingredient in my small and personal financial world. It helps make me feel like I'm in control, not some financial helper.

Serious flaw that I couldn't e-file from my Mac. The "fixes" didn't work. Having to snail mail was not what I expected.
Unable to update the program shouldn't be difficult, it should be automatic.

Overall, I am well-pleased with TurboTax. It allows me to take care of my own tax filing without the added expense of paying someone to do it for me. TurboTax goes through everything step-by-step to make sure all income and credits are recorded correctly. Some of the explanations were a little confusing to me but I have never been very good at understanding business and finance. After all credits have been evaluated, TurboTax lets you know if it is better to itemize or just take the standard deduction. I do appreciate having TurboTax to help me with my taxes. Thanks!
