I have been using Turbo Tax since 1991!

At first I was disappointed that everything went to pdf but after I got help and learned how to do it, I am ok with it and will be wiser next year. Thank you Turbo Tax for making it easier to do our taxes!
What's great about it: It gets easier every year to input the data, prepare one's taxes.
What's not so great: I had difficulty printing but got help Tech help printing in Adobe

Easy and done!

The hardest part is gathering up your own paperwork!
What's great about it: So very easy to get it all done
What's not so great: none really

i appreciate the fact that i moved from a non-filing state to a filing state and everything was simple and well explained.
What's great about it: seems simpler every year. changes are well received

after repeated attempts to do both federal & state returns with no success,the state return finally opened up and I was able to complete my returns, maybe we'll give you another try next year.
What's great about it: FINALLY finished all returns

Great Program

My wait for questions by telephone was over 25 minutes long during Monday - Friday business hours. This was after already entering 2+ hours of data into Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: For any telephone questions, patience is needed!

Although I kept repeatedly inputing the same information, the program kept deleting them. Finally, I just gave up, and I don't think I ever got credit for the extra sales tax from the large amounts from home inprovements. That part was frustrating.
What's great about it: Went Thru all the Categories- mostly well explained and included the previous year's information
What's not so great: Although I saved my work, it kept deleting sections I had input
