Feeling mostly confident, but...

Still confusing to me the multitude of options for charitable donations. If to donate clothing in really great shape - hardly used - worth $2000 new, I'm given the option to value it at thrift store, consignment shop and present value and replacement value new. These are all different (my nearly new clothes are worth a lot more than the few dollars that a thrift store will sell them for# and, entering higher present value versus lower thrift store value inflates or deflated the amount of taxes owed. Direction is lacking here.
Also, if I've entered something one year - a type of deduction (K-1, as example) - automatically prompt me to look at this again. Don't say - this is rare - when I've done it before. To be helpful - be sure to show me that I had such an entry last year everywhere I had them. Thanks.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate and switch views
What's not so great: Still more direction needed in certain areas

won't be using again soon. rather pay an extra $20 to have it done and I got so much more back last year and the numbers were quite similar. not as easy to follow as they say. could not find phone number for "cpa"
What's not so great: frustrating; need two to file seperately; invested too much time compared to the money savings

I have used turbo tax for probably 10 years or more...It just gets better and better every year...Ease of use (user friendly) and thorough knowledge of the tax laws makes this tax product the one I intend to use for the next 10years...TurboTax Thank you for being there for me, my brother, my son , and all who benefit from from your excellent expertise !!

TurboTax asks questions that are usually very clear and easy for me to answer. It is very thorough and helps me to enter all of the necessary information. I only wish they would develop the state software a little bit better. I like the outline that is available for the federal software, so you go back and double check particular sections without having to go through the whole set of questions, but you can't do that with the state software. also, the language is not nearly as easy to understand... I am not quite as sure of my answers as I am with the federal questions.
What's great about it: easy and quick to use
What's not so great: state software isn't as well developed as the federal software

I was able to start and stop at any time and it picked up right where I left off.simple guide, walk through simplified no extra cost to e-file
What's great about it: had all forms and simple to walk through
What's not so great: not always great help on the cheep form

Qwick and easy

Found the program to be easy and friendly, should have done this along time ago. The down side of the program is there really isn't support/customer services agents to call on with question. Didn't like having to pay fees 2 or more times after paying money for the program it self. Feel that all fees should be included when you pay for the program.
What's great about it: easy and friendly
What's not so great: had to pay for e file and 2nd state refund paperwork
