The program holds your hand throughout the entire process. Just input the information. You have plenty of time to change and double check information. Real time saver.
What's great about it: Quick, ease of use

A good experience

This is a great tax preparation program. It took me about 2 hours to go through all the steps (after about 2 hours of gathering up my documents -- which I'd have to do anyway if I worked with a tax preparer) and only a few times did I have to pull my hair out trying to figure out how to correct a mistake I'd made. I recommend the program.
What's great about it: fast, satisfying, accurate
What's not so great: no review of how you're doing at the end of the process, must pay for efile for state returns

Easy Refund

Scared to try because always had someone or some company do my taxes. I always do the long form but Turbo Tax walked me through every detail. I always put it off to the last minute too filing extensions. Thanks Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Makes the complex simple

My wife and I both have multiple income streams. Turbo Tax eliminates the massive headaches this caused me in the past. The prompts always lead me to deductions I didn't know about. The few times I needed help the help prompts explained everything - there was never any hopping around help menu topics trying to guess where I might find the information

Turbo Tax is really easy to use. Great way to make sure I cover all the necessary items for filing taxes. Also, it's great to be able to E-File and be done with it!
