Best yet!

Turbo tax made this tax season so easy for me. I had an issue were I needed to make amendments to my taxes and the forms and guidance were right where I needed them.

When you keep updating forms and things to the last minute, it makes me feel uncertain about filing my return early.
Otherwise, I love how easy TurboTax is.

I've been using TurboTax as long as I've been doing our family's tax by computer. As our taxes have become more complicated, TurboTax has always been there to guide me through the changes. Most years we've had a refund coming, and TurboTax made it easy to get back all that was coming to us in a timely fashion. Our circumstances have changed and we owed tax this year, but, again, TurboTax made it as easy as possible and I feel certain that we got all of the credits and deductions that we were due. Thanks, TurboTax!

Turbo Tax makes doing your taxes a no-brainer especially if you have lots of deductions.
What's great about it: easy to fill out
What's not so great: initially refund amount didn't match on top with calculations in return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I procrastinated on completing my taxes feeling like it was too much work and I had more important things to do. The day before taxes were due I sat down to complete them knowing I could not wait any longer. The took 2 hours but it honestly did not feel that long. Just easy breezy. Answer the questions, input the information, done. I'm very pleasure with the whole process.
What's great about it: Easy, Simple, Perfect

easy and quick

I am a 56 year old lady who is not a techy type person but found turbo tax easy to use and navigate. I have used it for my family of 5 through many life changes including retirement, roth, ira and changes with my deductions. It has been very easy to use and if I have a question the on line specialists have been very informative
What's great about it: every year I have used turbo tax it has become easier to navigate

Disappointed this year

Turbo Tax would not allow me to enter a capital gain involving a 1099-S transaction that required the submission of Form 8949. Through your online community, I learned I wasn't the only one frustrated by this. Just give us access to the forms and don't assume every 1099-S is the sale of a main home.
We have used TurboTax for close to 10 years. Each year there are more imbedded ads for services I don't need. Ask me once-- not multiple times, okay?
