Satisfied customer

I have used TurboTax since 2007 and remain a satisfied customer. The interfaces are easy to follow and the ability to leverage off of prior year information continues to keep me as a loyal customer. I'd really like the Company to produce a software package that includes 2 states. Most people that live in Kansas City have to deal with filing in 2 states.
What's great about it: Easy to use mainly due to leverage of prior year information
What's not so great: Upfront cost as compared to other software, as well as incremental e-filing fees that should be part of the base price

Quick n' Easy

quick process, little over an hour, easier than most forms
What's great about it: super fast, easier than a sodoku
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is a great product for home tax preparation.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions and submit. Up to date tax laws provided.
What's not so great: nothing with the product but one state efile might be included.

Makes filing fun and easy if there's such a thing. It's also answers questions quickly and easily, in easy english..

I like turbo tax, but needs to start off like have you moved, did you get married/divorced/ have another kid? I had to make sure that I didn't miss something with each step. I would like to see more direct questions, even if that means there is more to answer and takes a little more time.
