Download seemed lots faster this year. Questions changed to be more thorough. Turbo Tax has been my choice for the last 16 years. Can't go wrong. Don't know how much better they can make Turbo Tax. Highly Recommend. A+
What's great about it: Simple, Easy to understand.
What's not so great: Scrolling down to move forward or continue

Refund amount or taxes owed amount block can be misleading. entering more then one w-2 causes the amount value to change from positive to negative before itemized deductions are considered. Let block remain blank until end od mdata entry or label running estimate
What's great about it: stright forward step by step

I've been using TurboTax for over 15 years and this year is the best one yet. Keep up the good work!
What's great about it: easy to answer questions that covered almost everything
What's not so great: need better info on mandatory IRA distributions

initially frustrating until I figured out that some of teh boxes etc were not on the screen
i had yo change the screen sizing but then had trouble reading it because it was too small

Feel Safe

It's easy, you go your own speed. You can stop if you need to do something important and then you can contnue. The refund or paying meter is on so you can see how you are doing along the way. There are tabs you can use to guide you or if you don't understand the question it's asking you can find out and understand the question. I love this program.
What's great about it: I love Turbo Tax! It's easy and you feel safe that it is done correct.

Kudos for notifying of BOA routing snafu and giving easy instructions for the fix.

What's not so great: Wish with a straightforward return, could bypass detailed screens, but still a quick process

Easy Filing on April 14th

As this is my second year with Turbo Tax, it was amazing that i was able to input all the general informtion for me and then present it for review. I set aside two days to do my return and used less than three hours.
I always use the option for Turbo Tax to walk me through each question and really help me think through each item. It makes me feel confident that the program was really looking everywhere to make sure I didn't forget or leave anything out. I will definitely use Turbo Tax each year.
What's great about it: Excellent in eliminating having to put your standard informtion in each year. Saved so much time by populating it for me
What's not so great: I didn't like not being able to see what the decisions were based on as I answered the questions.
